Called out to check a split system that wasn't functioning, got a quote for $1000 to repair it and $3000 to replace the unit. Got an invoice for $198 to service AC but can't seem to understand what was serviced as AC was not functioning and was left in exact same condition.



Asked some questions about alternate brands of unit replacement as the quote was for a Mitsubishi, zero response until now.



Called another company after over a week of waiting as tenants were suffering in heat, they fixed the issue at $159 in less than 30 minutes.



Tried contacting Just Chill and someone called Sonia tried justifying the invoice saying they were going to be more thorough by replacing the spoilt part instead of cleaning it and when asked to speak with the boss/person who came out, was told 'no' as he had nothing else to add.

Needed some electrical work carried out at our premises and they were professional, flexible, competitively priced as well as prompt in completing the work, highly recommend.

Just had a fully ducted system installed in out 2 story house, great team, led by Brad...highly recommended to anyone who wishes to install/replace aircon. Neat, tidy on time and on budget...well done team..cheers

Oh wow! What an amazing outfit Just Chill is!! They had an exceedingly difficult job at our place, with the usual one hour installation job taking close to five and not a single whinge was heard! They were so professional, good humoured and hard working the entire time! I wouldnt consider anyone else after experiencing such service and will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know. (And no, the price was not reflective of the hours spent - Brad just took it on the chin and did it for just a few dollars over the original quote - incredible!!!)
