Recently brought a large plant trailer from the guys at Polmac.. Couldnt have asked fro better service or a better product. I tried the other trailer builders but wasnt able to come up with what I wanted. One of the other builders told me that there products weren't imported but while I was there , there was a container being unloaded!!! I am very happy with what I brought.

Chalk it up lads. very impressed with my hydruilic tipper. Built just as i wanted it. Has all the fruit, roller rocker suspension 4 wheel brakes heavy duty axles heavy sheet metal etc. I nearly brought the cheap chinese tipper from your oposition, what a joke. The galvanizing was peeling off and the hydruilics looked like a kid had fitted them up. The hose was hanging down and the wiring looked crap. Thanks to the Polmac crew I got what i wanted.

Just picked up my camping trailer early last week from their fresh new site in Carlisle. Must say that after reading all previous reviews, I was a wee bit weary of placing the order with Polmac. However, no one else in the industry offered the level of customisation that I required so I rocked up to their Welshpool site, had a chat with the guys and was really impressed with their knowledge and experience of manufacturing such trailers. I put in the order and after a few back and forths over the phone it was ready as per their stated timeframe even though they moved site to Carlisle in between. Very impressive! To top it off, the trailer was right up to specification with a quality finish. The kids can't wait for our next trip! Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a customer built trailer from the Polmac group. They helped me through the whole process and were able to make exactly what I wanted. The trailer look great and tows like a dream. Thanks guys

Warning AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I can assure any potential customer who wants to purchase a trailer to stay well clear of this business. I wish that nobody has to endure the terrible customer service, lack of communication, lies and poor quality workmanship that I received from this business.. I first contacted Polmac in February 2014 and spoke to Llew about a 6m x 2.41m flatbed tandem axle trailer. I trundled down there, paid $7500 the full invoice, received a handshake and a promise from Llew in person that the 2 week manufacture date would be met. That was the last bit of decent contact I had with Polmac Trailers. Now began their trail of lies and excuses. After call after call asking for an ETA 6 weeks later the trailer still had not been completed. They never returned my calls and I was left on hold on my mobile for ridiculous lengths of time. I personally went down several times after they told me it was nearly finished and just about to be painted. As usual each time there was no progress and excuse after excuse was given. No wonder all their welders walked out one day. This resulted in 4 weeks of trailer hire for our business costing around $2000 in hire charges and inconvenience of having to return a trailer from one side of Perth to the other for weekend hire. Llew assured me that this cost would be covered by Polmac. To date we have not received 1 cent back and I have no hope of every receiving any compensation. Further more after several calls last week in May 2014, I still have not received licence papers or a final invoice. The final part is in regards to the quality of the trailer (or lack there off). The jockey wheel lasted one month. The chain was not welded correctly and snapped in the first week. The rear lights had to be re-wired as quoted by our regular auto electrician "this is the shoddiest trailer wiring I have seen in a long time". Paint was also missing in several spots. I'm surprised the trailer hasn't completely fallen apart already.
