Alpha Omega Mowing

Very poor experience and terrible customer service. Brian arrived and was very friendly. I wasn't there to check on job when he's finished and was suprised with how he left it. He didn't do edging on most for the edges, lots of runners on the pavers, left over a meter wide grass patch between two trees, overgrown lawn against the fence and etc. As a remediation we asked for a partial refund to get someone else to properly finish the job or for him to come back as fixed the issues but was told I didn't have enough room in my green bin and that wasn't his problem to come fix them. Once I said I was going to leave bad reviews and report his business I was called a liar and a con artist as per messages attached to this review.

Didnt use a catcher to pick up the grass because he doesnt have that "type" of mower.

If you want a rough fast job that looks like child mowed your yard then go for it.
