I am wholly disappointed and seriously miffed with Rene and Holly s gardening service.

1. The grass (on all three occasions) was poorly cut, which suggest they use inadequate and poorly maintained equipment. Something I did bring to their attention.
2. The unprofessional and avoidance in responding to emails and phone calls, unless you hide your caller ID, which frustratingly then gets answered then within three calls.
3. The service inability to follow through on agreed task, i.e. spray and cut the grass on the vacant town block. Obviously, this was not completed and I now have to deal with an unhappy council and soon to be neighbours.

This service barely deserves a star.
