Rug Rage

We purchased a carpet rug and it had been damage.Took it back 2 times to have it repaired or refund,each time picked it up took it home but still not repaired.the last time was told to pick it up today or we will throw it out.We told them well we would like a refund they Said NO JUST PICK IT UP NOW.
