inspected my car for suspicion of pre damage after buying from dealer.

apparently they inspected the car from top to toe thoroughly and couldn't find anything concerning.

few weeks later i took front bar off top change the intercooler and found the whole driver side impacted, damaged parts, over spray, loose bolts, glues plastic parts....

issues with steering

all front end not aligned.



clearly they did not inspect as they promised and only looked over the car.



the result of the report indicating that there is not pre existing damage or poor repairs ruind any chance i had with vcat against the dealer (Brighton Ford) given the report had no evidence i was left thinking i was crazzy



after i withdrew my case with VCAT having nothing to prove i found all the damage

this placed ruend any chance i had in going against Brighton ford.
