The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a body corporate. In particular I'd like to single out an employee called Peter who will do whatever he can to ensure lot owners are in conflict, with nothing resolved, no opportunities for discussion and absolutely zero advice and support. These guys will gladly collect money but at the first sign of having to do any actual work, you will be ignored and strung along.
