Rodriguez Family Lawyers

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this lawyer twice, both times because of a passing of my parents. She has been, rude, aggressive, unprofessional, dismissive and very very slow to finalise both estates. It took 15 months to finalise my mother's estate which had 3 bank accounts and a superannuation fund which I had to find myself after she told me that there was none. I am still dealing with her for my father's estate which she is withholding the funds because she doesn't like my signature on the deed I signed which was witnessed. She is accusing me of fraud for no apparent reason. She has refused me entry to her business so I could sign the deeds in front of her. And is now trying to say that I didn't sign the deed. All in an attempt to not pay out the estate. Do not take your business here. She has accused me of threatening her and abusive language for which she has no proof. In her attempt to slow down the release of funds she is stopping a friend from getting stem cell treatment for her cancer. When she was made aware of this she didn't even care. I am giving my friend money for her treatment. There have been many other issues with this lawyer. She has made the passing of my parents a living nightmare. Much better lawyer's out there.
