Transfer funds from AZN Tonga to ANZ Rouse Hill Branch resolved to Toakase's satisfactions

After 3 years of trying to get her money from her account with ANZ Tonga, Toakase first saw Priya Basnet on 27 June 2022. Priya examined the forms that Toakase recently received from the ANZ Tonga. For Toakase it was complicated. She listened to Toakase. She advised Toakase that her money can be transferred to her account with ANZ Bank Rouse Hill branch. She went and talked to the Manager. She came back and confirmed and advised Toakase to fill in the forms from ANZ Bank Tonga for the purposes of closing the account in Tonga and transfer the money to her account with ANZ Bank Rouse Hill. We went back to Priya on Monday 4 July. Priya checked the forms, verified Toakase passport and scanned and emailed the forms to ANZ Bank Tonga as requested by ANZ Tonga. On 5th July Lainolo Sekeni, ANZ Bank Tonga acknowledged receipt and advised that they are working to close the account and transfer the money to Toakase's account here. We were very pleased that we saw Priya. She got people skills. She is good with people. She is very intelligent, smart and knowledgeable. She talked to us about the banks other services like insurance, loans, and other products, port folio etc. She is a credit to the ANZ Bank. She displayed great skills and her people skills made us comfortable and feel at ease when we met her. She resolved a major international issue(s) for Toakase. Issues that brought dissatisfaction and frustration to Toakase in the last 3 years. Thank you Priya. I repeat Priya, you are a credit to the ANZ Bank.
