John & Nicole are very professional in delivering their service, from doing the quote to completing the job of replacing our ceiling and cornices due to water damage. I have had several experiences from other tradesmen before but this company is truly exceptional, out of the ordinary.

John carried out the job with no shortcuts, everything done the proper way evident in the finished product. As with Nicole she was very patient with my requests to amend the quote according to my Insurer's requirements and more requirements thereafter.

Thank you John & Nicole for a job well done and I have no hesitation to recommend you to my circle of friends. ... heaps of them.

Just had some work done on two rooms in my house, one with a number of windows and ranch slider. some tricky work, John provided solid advice, done everything he said, prompt, tidy and polite. By the time they finished you would have hardly known they were there, Nicole was prompt and very pleasant to deal with - highly recommend.

John did a fantastic drywall job and was able to come at hours that suited me. I opted to do the sanding myself and hardly had to do anything it was such a good job. Will definitely use Mettro for future jobs.

Having experienced so many disappointing tradesmen while renovating my old house over the last 18mths I have to say that Nicole, John and her team were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble, they showed up on time for the quote and the work and the follow up customer service by Nicole was outstanding. The job was not large, patching up some cracks and uneven walls in 4 rooms, but the size of the job didn't effect the quality of work (done by Cameron) or the professional service provided throughout. Cameron even cleaned up after the job and vacuumed.........never seen that before. Would recommend Mettro Interiors withour hesitation and will use them in my next house if I need plastering work done again.

I cannot recommend Nicole, John and team anymore highly than this review. They were fantastic and amazing to work with - it was so REFRESHING that tradespeople can show up when they say they will (no last minute re-scheduling), show up on time (none of this "I'll be there between 9am and 1pm rubbish) and do a top-rate, professional job within a week. We had some damage done to the ceiling (by antenna installation) and had to go through the Antenna company's insurance to get the repairs done. Nicole was happy to liaise directly with them (saving me the hassle of being the middle person), would forward any paperwork they required as soon as she received it and then called me to promptly book in the job once everything was approved.

The team were so understanding that we just wanted it fixed and for our lives to return to normal - so they arranged for the removal of the damaged ceiling, installation of the new one, sanded and re-painted said ceiling and the walls within a week. All of the workers were so friendly and considerate of their being in my house - they even asked for my vacuum cleaner so they could clean up after themselves! We had approval to hire professional cleaners after the ceiling job, but didn't end up using them because Mettro Interiors cleaned up so well!

There was a slight hiccup with one of their contractors not being able to start on the Monday, but I got a call from Nicole as soon as she found out and a promise to find a replacement. That was quickly arranged and someone came on Tuesday. You can't get better than that. They still finished the job on Friday which was the original promised deadline.

Sorry for the wordy review, but I feel it only does them justice on how great my experience was with them. You don't need to hesitate in booking this company in - fantastic work and service. Would use them again in a hearbeat.

Nicole and her team from Mettro Interiors were amazing. They would always follow up on progress as promised. They came round 3 times - and every time there were punctual and efficient. The end product was also a job well done. I would recommend them to anyone.
