      Great service

      I had a modem go missing, address issue (my fault). They recovered the modem and got it to me.

      Great Srvice

      All of my packages deliverd through this service have been on time and quick. If I ever has a query the friendly customer service locally helped the issues get resolved and remedied.

      Poor service and Delivery

      Have had 4 notifications that my parcel was being delivered. It has been over a week and still no parcel. Excuses are, TRUCK BROKE DOWN, DRIVER HAD NO GPS , TO BUSY AND RETURNED TO DEPOT. Come on. This is a parcel from Big W. And very rude customer service. Highly not recommended
