The job wasn't completed as per our original instructions. They never attended appointed meetings with my partner on 3 different occasions when she had taken time off work to meet with them to make sure that they were doing the earthworks the way we wanted. In the end they turned up when we were away at work and did what they wanted. The job wasn't completed. There was an argument, I asked them to leave. Then I was threatened if I didn't pay up. Your choice! Could have been alright if they'd done what we'd wanted in the first place.
