Charged me wrong price. I didn't even realise until they inform me. Was informed I was given thickshakes instead of milkshakes. I tasted one and found it to be a milkshake. When I informed them this. Was told it was my fault for not reading what they wrote down. Then when I tried to talk further about it. I was told in quite vulgar terms to out the shop. My mother who was outside shop couldn't believe the vulgar language that came from the staff. She inform me a customer was walking into the shop. Stop at the door and when they saw and heard the abuse from the staff aimed at me. Chose to turn around and walk away. I never lowered myself to their standard and believe no one should ever receive that kind of abuse. The chips I received were also over cooked.
