Travelaction Bendigo

Ive booked a few overseas trips with Travelaction and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I like the personal service, you sit in an office chatting one on one and Ryan is so friendly and easy to talk to, its a pleasure to plan your trip with him! The hotels he has booked for us have been in the perfect locations and lovely. He knows we like something a little different than stock standard and he always accommodates our tastes and budget. Go to a Proper Travel Agent - its well worth it!

Ryan and his team at Travelaction were excellent in the advice and preparation for our recent trip to Europe. The flights were well planned, accommodation and rail trips carefully planned. The itinery was easy to understand and did not include too much on any one day.

Recently returned from 3 weeks in Brazil for the FIFA World Cup, and can I just say a big thankyou to Ryan and the team at Travelaction for their brilliant work in not only sourcing us convenient and affordable flights both getting to and whilst in the country, but also for the fantastic accomodation which was some of the best we have experienced, considering value for money we couldnt have been any happier.
Also the regular and efficient communication in the lead up to our departure regarding any changes to flights, our insurance and also checking in on us following our return to ensure we were still in one piece.
I know when we start planning our next World Cup adventure to Russia in 2018, we will certainly be leaning on the team at Travelaction again to make it another dream trip!

After returning from an awesome overseas trip to Europe and Scandinavia, I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Erin at Travelaction Bendigo.

I was given spot-on advice about how to structure my trip, what flights to take and where to stay. Erin was so helpful she even offered suggestions that I had not even considered. Like getting a massage at the Premium Plaza Lounge at Hong Kong Airport during my layover. It did wonders for my jet lag!

I loved the fact that I could pop into her office just down the road on Wills Street, where she spent a great deal of time understanding my travel needs, the places I wanted to visit and the best way to go about it.

Erin made the whole process so easy, I will never try and book travel myself ever again. Plus I loved the fact that I could email and Facebook her to help organise a slight itinerary change while I was away. Thanks you so much Erin, and Ill definitely call on you again to arrange my next overseas adventure.
