Very terrible services and very rude staff members. The food the sold have always gone off. This will be the last time I am ever coming to this stall to buy anything. I cannot stand this old husband and wife being so rude to me. Spent a very long time chatting to the customer in front of me whilst ignoring me when I tried to order.



She rudely interrupted me and told me they will not accept my payment method. Shouted at me when I tried paying for my food today as well. They refused to serve me because they had never heard of my bank (I wanted to pay by card). They have been pretty rude any other time I went there too, making it seem like everything is my fault when nothing is my fault at all! Their customer services are the worst in the university.



This place is absolutely NOT kids-friendly.



They definitely do not deserve the silver award. In fact, they do not deserve any award at all. If Google Reviews allowed me to give 0 stars, I would have given them 0 stars, or even negative stars. I am already being lenient in giving them even one star. I hope the University rescinds the award they have EVER given this store and I hope this store closes for good by THE END OF THIS YEAR.



I strongly recommend that the customers do NOT visit this store.

I would just like to say that I had an exceptionally rude experience at the on-campus cafe GraduEat today (its in upper campus in the Matthews arcade). Normally I don't pay it much attention, but today really outshone their usual begrudging service. I ordered a piece of banana bread and when the woman picked up the smallest dismal crust of the loaf, i kindly asked her if I could please have a different piece (as it was 10am and the entire loaf was still there!) the woman then told me that i did not get to choose, "you get what you are given" and then went on to say that i was wasting her time, she then finished this off by refusing to serve me at all. I am happy that their business is doing so well that they no longer need to provide decent customer service. My friends and I will however, never be spending our money there again.
