Kensington Laundry

Kensington Laundry. I supplied a few loads of clothes to be laundered. When I picked them up the next day, all of the whites had red dye through them (as only the whites were affected, I calculate they put my red jumper in there with the whites). They folded the dyed clothes, and hid them at the bottom of the pile when I picked them up so I did not notice. They did not supply a tax invoice. I returned and very politely asked for a refund. I got no more words in. I was verbally abused in the most extreme manor. I tried to talk calmly but there was zero room to talk, nor was there any chance of reasoning. I felt very threatened, and very intimidated, and left in fear of being physically abused as his hands were repeatedly raised. He pushed (his wife? a co-worker?) physically when she tried to calm him down. In summary - they did not supply the service offered, and goods were damaged to the financial loss of myself. No refund or compensation offered.
