EVERY BATTERY KENSINGTON

Very bad service. Ordered some special batteries online after 2 weeks received refund instead of product. Tried buy same batteries directly over counter from their shop at Kensington. Even worse. They asked me to pay first and pick up later. After one week I called and asked were the batteries. They didn't give me clear answer and told me they will call me later. But nobody called back. During two weeks, every day I call them and get same answer "we will call you back". And just ignore me. Finally, batteries arrived to shop. When I came to pick up batteries person at the counter told me that receipt is not enough, and I need to provide my plastic credit card and driver license. I use app in my phone to pay. So, I didn't have my credit card with me. He told that me that he doesn't trust what I have in my phone. So, I have to go home take my plastic card only then I could pick up butteries. Terrible service and nobody even apologised.

Ordered a battery on the weekend. Picked up and delivered by courier the very next business day. Courier damaged the battery during transport. Graham personally delivered a working replacement the day after I emailed him. Haven't had better service from an online retailer in my life. 10/10

I had read the reviews for Every Day battery Kensington and liked what I read but always wondered if they were a true reflection of the service. I am here to tell you they were absolutely awesome. They were patient even when my battery would not yield its position from underneath the hood of my car. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guys are excellent. I shopped around for a battery for my Audi and they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what my dealer wanted to charge. Very helpful too.
