RIVERINE COURSE IS A CITY OASIS
The Kew Golf Club is what you might call a great member's course. Sure, it may not test the Adam Scotts, the Tiger Woods or the Bubba Watsons of the world, but it more than tests the weekend golfer.
It has a couple of cracking holes, the signature 18th par three up to the clubhouse, and the newly revamped 12th are probably the standouts.
Facilites are excellent with a large clubhouse, executive chef on staff and well stocked pro shop. When you are down among the river gums on the Yarra, it is hard to believe you are only a couple of kilometres from the city.
