Hellenic Republic

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. The wait staff are amazingly friendly and the restaurant has a lovely relaxing/homey feel. The food is brilliant. I had the Feed Me option for a vegetarian and it was delicious. I loved the idea of not knowing what was going to be served next. Heaps of food I was quite full by the end but very happy about it. The combinations of ingredients in the dishes were surprising yet very yummy and the baked ricotta dumplings to die for.
