Predatory and opportunistic.
My 83 year old grandfather who can hardly speak English visited for a 20 min toe nails cut. He was stung with a $90 bill justified as an "initial consultation". His grandson attended the 'consultation' and a conversation with my grandfather isn't possible as he can hardly speak English. How can a pensioner afford $90 for a clip of the toenails?
