In fact, the item was shipped with a label which arrived to your given address. There was no one home and per Aus Post protocol, the package was taken to the post office to await collection. In events which were out of our control, it was taken to a post office some distance from you. Numerous attempts to contact you on our part prompting you to arrange collection were ignored and as such, the item was returned to sender.



We do appreciate your feedback, however we do not tolerate the abusive language you used on the phone to our staff.

This pace is GARBAGE. They have no form of contact except some … of a woman who just takes messages and they don’t call you back. I want to cancel the order. I cant no one is available. Absolute 💩 . Don’t setup a company and do this to customers expect good reviews.

Didn’t put any label on the package. It looks like it’s coming but it’s not.
