What if my locks are old and don't work properly?
If your locks are really old and have seen better days, then replacing your locks will be beneficial. Not only will the locks look nice and shiny but newer locks will be more effective at preventing break-ins and will be a lot more reliable. Replacing all your locks will be more expensive than rekeying them as they can range from about $65 to over $300 per lock depending on the brand and quality.

If your locks work well and are in good working condition and feel secure, then rekeying is the most cost-effective way to change the keys for your premises.

No, you don't need to replace your lock to get your key changed. We can rekey your existing locks by repinning them and providing you with a new set of keys.

Poor service. Couldnt cut a key for our lock and charged $110 anyway. Didnt tell me they dont do old locks until it was out. Dont use

First Choice Locksmiths came to our rescue last week when my fiance locked his keys in the boot.. at Bunnings.. in the rain! They came straight away and even cut us a spare key. I would highly recommend Ben and the team at First Choice Locksmiths!

I recently used First Choice Locksmiths to replace my Holden astra ignition. After calling several Locksmiths i found these guys to be the cheapest. I called up at lunch time and they were able to attend that afternoon. They came out to my work place and done everything onsite. The locksmith was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable.
