I don't know why anyone would still use them. They don't reply to emails you have to become Sherlock Homes to find a contact number. and when you do reach them you can't get an out come, it's a too bad so sad response.
So what happened in my case, I took the day off to receive this delivery I was tracking the driver on their delivery portal he was about 15 minuets away then at 2pm it stopped updating and it had a status of attempted delivery card left. No one came to the door and no card was in the male box. when i finally found a number and called, the operator said she spoke to the driver and he told her there was so much traffic and he couldn't find parking on my street. I live in a cul-de-sac and my street is so wide that if you double park you can still fit 2 trucks. the reason my street is so wide is because even though its a cul-de-sac it is the maintenance entry point for train track repairs. So i knew he was lying when I told her he didn't even make an attempt to deliver i was practically told too bad. Wasted my day lost an income and i got told too bad, May I point out this was at 2 PM so they could have tried to deliver again.

I bought things online and two of the supplier use this delivery company to deliver heavy items. The delivery company never call me or following the delivery instruction. The customer service line is useless for purchasers.
For the first one they drop off two 37kg boxes downstairs without notice and I had to pay someone else help me to move the boxes to my room.
For the second one the web said it will be delivered on Monday but later changed to Tuesday, and on Tuesday morning, I received a message said it will be delivered Tuesday, but later, I found the delivery time changed to Wednesday on the website. I waited two days at home for the items but still haven't received my package.
It's terrible.

I cannot even begin to explain my horrible experience with this company. How they are in business astounds me. All other reviews are correct.
1. My package was due to come on a Thursday and the tracking said it has been delivered. It had not and I had cameras to prove this. My mum rang on my behalf on Friday morning to complain while I worked and their excuse was the guy scanned it but FORGOT to put it on the truck. It’ll be there Monday. MONDAY?! So they forgot to load it Thursday but don’t put it on a truck Friday?
2. I then called later on Friday so speak to them myself. I was told it would come Saturday. I asked for proof of this and said I didn’t believe them because they’re closed Saturday’s. I was assured it would. Saturday comes… surprise surprise… no bed.
3. Monday morning the tracking says it was due to be delivered at 9:45am. I saw this at 10:45am. NO BED. I call and lose my mind to the RUDEST lady who was totally unhelpful and was only interested in me not swearing at her. She told me she’d call the truck driver to find out what was happening. 15 minutes on hold and she HANGS UP!
4. I call back and get another lady who tells me firstly that a new truck driver FORGOT to scan it and then tells me it was scanned but they RAN OUT OF ROOM ON THE TRUCK so it would be there TUESDAY! I went crazy. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager or the Melbourne depot. After losing my mind they called me back and tell me it’s on its way.
5. The packages finally arrive DAMAGED. The driver was so rude and tried making up the most ridiculous excuses when I confronted him. No apologies or anything. Just had a go at me, dumped it and left.
This is truly the most abhorrent company ever. Do not use them or buy from a company that does. You will regret it.

Have been waiting for 1-3 day delivery now 8days sent emails no reply rang no won to talk to never buy from the company that use them again.

I’ve unfortunately had to use this business a couple of times due to the online store using them as their delivery service. Beware when purchasing big items through Big W or Lifespan Kids as they both use this courier. Both of my deliveries were short delivered (only received part of the order) and I’ve had to follow up constantly to receive the remaining items. They were also supposed to ring me when the items were delivered (I put this on the order as a special instructions to the driver) and not once was I called, so my items were left in full view every time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS if there was a zero rating I would’ve selected it!! Very unprofessional and no respect for their customers.

The furniture store I shopped through (bedzy) uses Hunter express, now these guys need to change their name because nothing about them is 'express'. My bed has been sitting at one of their Melbourne warehouses for longer than I care to admit and I only live 1.5 hours away. They do not respond to emails and if you google their other reviews you will see how incompetent these people really are. I don't know how to fix a car so I wouldn't open up a mechanic workshop same go for if you don't know how to deliver packages, don't start up a courier service. Avoid at all costs.

A complete nightmare of a time. No contact number on the website at all; I had to go digging for it. Customer service was pretty useless - have had to call twice and still no shipment. It's been a week and a half despite having been promised a 1-3 business day delivery.
If you call them make sure not to press any buttons on the menu; the only way to talk to someone is to wait for a rep to answer. They make it as difficult as possible to talk to them: probably because they know they'd get Karens aplenty blowing up their phones. And for once those aggressive customers would be well within their rights. I rarely review anything - let alone negatively. But even I had to call the company I ordered from to let them know to never use this service again as obviously it's a huge reoccurring issue. I've never had such trouble just trying to get a parcel.
All this is made worse as my order's for a disability aid.

Extremely slow courier. It would be quicker strapping your package to a pigeon and waiting for that to arrive at your address. Still waiting on my item to be delivered. Only get generic copy and paste emails back from company when asking for delivery update.
Never will purchase a product from anyone if I am aware that Hunter Express will be delivering item.
