Rinnai or the salesman selling you this item will NOT DISCLOSE THAT IF YOU HAVE A DOG OR CAT OR ANY ANIMAL THAT WILL BE CLOSE TO THE UNIT AND URINATE ON IT WHICH CAUSES IT TO RUST. EVEN UNDER WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT COVER IT. EVEN IF IT DOESN'T STATE IT ANYWHERE ON THE WARRANTY. Seems Rinnai set and add their own rules to what they will cover. The Irony of it is they have put a DOG PICTURE to help sell their Aircon to people. THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever come across and will continue to pass the buck till you give up and are left with a AirCon that now is rubbish and worthless. BEWARE BEWARE AND LOOK AT THE REVIEWS OBVIOUSLY LOTS OF SCAMS AND CONS FROM THIS COMPANY. Dont be another victim and check reviews to everything you buy. IF I COULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD!!!
