After delivering a very poor outcome to our landscaping task, we accepted some responsibility in that our scope of work may not have been crystal clear. We paid for the completed works and requested another quote to update the report to meet our requirements. Despite repeated attempts, Captive Design do not respond to emails or phone calls. Although we always like to use local suppliers, it would be misleading to recommend this company.
