good books, helpful staff, will find obscure books and order them in for me.

I only went here because they had the book I needed and couldn't get it anywhere else locally without having to order it. They are expensive, charging way above RRP and absolutely refused to negotiate on one of the books (I bought multiple copies) because it was damaged. I have an expectation that if I am to pay RRP or above that the item is in mint condition. I don't think that's unreasonable. Admittedly I was annoyed but the shop assistant's blatant aggressiveness says more about her than me. I won't go back to this shop nor will I recommend it.
