I worked in the main kitchen. Staff are unsupportive, bully and throw knives around the kitchen. Hazardous working environment, where you can slip over in the blast chiller, around the dishwasher. Manager is blind to the bullying and poor treatment of their staff. Chefs are cowboys and need more training on correct behaviour and should assist each other. I cannot recommend this workplace at all.
