I apologise but we think you may have the wrong company. From the image in the photo it is not one of our our frames. We do not supply domestic windows and we do not usually deal directly with the general public. We supply directly to the industry. We also do not have a customer service department. We are small enough that it is me as office manager that looks after our customers. Of course we warranty our work and have our own installers for the commercial jobs we do. I am extremely disappointed with the sliding windows for my house extension from this company two years ago. The frame has cracked and detached, making the windows unusable. When I contacted their customer service, I was told there is no warranty or direct repair support. The representative said they would check with the installer but never followed up.

I have seen over the last eight months the detail Glassync go to ensuring their customers are satisfied. Unfortunately they do not have a web site as they deal mainly with the industry.

I've known Peter for 22 years+ and have always being doing business with him and his company. I do find them to be very professional, on time every time and responsible and reliable for their products. I'd always recommend them as a number 1 supplier to me and everyone else. Easy to deal with, competitive pricing, etc.

We have been working with Glassync for a number of years and find them to be an excellent partner.
