I recently contacted cleanicall for a long-overdue mowing service. I urgently needed my yard to be attended to for an inspection and Chris was able to help the same day. I was more than happy with the service and transformation I received. I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and prompt service. I can highly recommend Chris and I will definitely be using his services in the future.

I hired Cleanicall through Service Seeking for lawn mowing but ended up cancelling. I waited all day for them to arrive. I was initially told the afternoon, then late morning, then 1-2pm then 2.30-3pm. I said I will be out at 3pm and they arrived at 10 past 3 as I was leaving. I was then told because I am renting this house, I need to pay in full before they begin. I said no. He said he doesn't want to to risk getting ripped of by a renter because I may not come back to pay (even though I have a house full of furniture and my dog inside) and that if I don't pay first, he will not be doing the job. I said no, I don't know you, I am not giving you all that money before I leave the property so I will find someone else and the job was then cancelled. I wasted my entire day waiting for them to arrive. The initial quote for an hourly rate was doubled because it became a per person, per hour rate, then changed to a standard rate, then changed a fourth time. I said upfront that it was a one off mow because we were moving. You need to be upfront with your terms, at the start and perhaps shouldn't reply to ads that state moving out if you don't like working for tenants.

It's been a couple of months since we had a cleaner. I've had other businesses come over, but have been disappointed. Cleanicall stood out because of their hard work. They were honest about what could be done and worked very hard to make me a satisfied customer.
