Flick is a professional trainer with a mature approach to building fitness and health. Her Build and Burn philosophy is a refreshing approach and really works. With regular program changes, workouts remain challenging and you dont get bored. I've previously had two bulging discs in my lower back, so Flick has produced tailored programs to take this into account while improving stability in that area. I have my own gym equipment and Flick has designed programs for my equipment so that I can work out effectively at home at a time that suits me. If you want to Build lean muscle and Burn fat, I highly recommend Flicks Build and Burn.

I have been going to Flicks Build & Burn for about six months now and have lost 7kg. I was 65kg and am now 58kg. I didn't even change my diet very much which is why it took me a little longer to loose. I'm so happy, not only to have lost the weight but to have found a trainer who knows how to help people loose excess weight and get fit. Flick has such an abundance of knowledge of fitness, food and health in general. I don't get lower back pain or leg cramps like I used to and I also appreciated all the encouragement and kindness Flick gave me. I have been training with Felicity for just over 18 months now and during that time I have not only reached but exceed my goals. She constantly adjusts both my workouts and nutritional program to ensure I'm maximising my results. I highly respect and listen to all her advice as she practices what she preaches. Her new studio is well equipped and spacious. Highly recommended.
