Commercial Hotel

Went to the pub on Saturday the 11th may got there ar 6 pm and ordered by 630 pm we expected a bit of a wait as they were very busy still didn't get even our entree of garlic bread.we asked the waitress how long it would be before we at least get the garlic bread and she replied rudely that it was coming ,we waited another 15 minutes so 745 plm by this time so I went to the bar to find out where our order was only to be old that tgey had no order for our table,so a complaint was made and it took another 5 minutes to get a nearly cold round of garlic bread finally followed by our meals at 815 pm .The food was very disappointing as well I had stickers barbecue pork ribs with slaw an sweet potato chips pork was dry and stringy and the slaw was soggy our family also had other meals that were also substandard.Bad customer service all round.
