Update Bathrooms

I used the team at Update Bathrooms starting in December for our first bathroom and then on-suite in late January. Both jobs were done on time, were professional and really look the part for a very reasonable price. My biggest compliment was how they kept everything so clean despite of course the amount of mess renovations make. It made living through it must easier so a big thank you to the whole team. Very impressed

I recently used Update Bathrooms for my bathroom (smaller job). They did a fantastic job so I pulled them back in for the Kitchen which was a much bigger job. They kept to schedule, their electrician and tiler were very pleasant to deal with and overall it was just a very good experience. Benny who I believe is the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Dreadful. I agree with dan. Took months after deposit. Rude, nasty, poor workmanship. Everything is the customers fault. Worst experience ever

Not recommended. Paid them $1000 deposit, nothing done after months (even after following up with them many times). Rude, unreliable, keep changing their story. Had to find someone else to renovate my bathroom. Still waiting for the deposit to be refunded - God knows if I will ever get my money back.
