Pizza Hut

The pizza isn't bad, but they treat their customers like garbage! I had a bad experience, which the manager was fixing for me, everything was fine. The driver delivered the "fix" but forgot the drink, he said he was going back to his car to look for it. 10 minutes later i called simply to ask if he was coming back or not, the owner got on the phone and started yelling at me about complaining. I told him, hold on i am not complaining i am simply asking if the driver is returning, He said he was calling the driver and telling him not to bring the drink, then hung up on me! About 5 minutes later the driver showed up with the drink, i gave him back the pizzas and told him to tell the owner to shove them up his bum(note i was very polite to the driver and assured him repeatedly it was not his fault but the owners). If i could leave 0 stars i would! How can this type of customer "service" be acceptable??
