Further to my previous review regarding poor service. The Easycook company has since contacted me and apparently they did intend to send me a new top for my oven but for some reason it was never dispatched. I am happy to say that they did indeed send another unit which I have now received. Thank you Easycook.



Yellow Pages, I would have removed or edited my previous post and re-rated the seller but it appears you don't offer the reviewer that option. As it sits I have no option but to write a new review and re-rate the seller to try and make up for this. This, I would think, probably taints any data you get from these reviews.

Health oven failed under warranty. They don't answer their phones and rarely return calls or emails. Was supposed to be replaced but never arrived. No tracking numbers or other confirmation that it was sent was provided either. Very disappointed and won't be buying another.

not happy with service. try to call 5 times but not positive response.
bought online yogurt maker from 10 days ago still they can't find my order.
preferring not buy anything from this website
