I called to get some quotes, he was very rude and expecting me to know everything about the car.. He hung up on me at the end saying you are not interested..

I laughed because I could not believe what is happening..

the owner was incredibly rude and condescending, on top of that i told him of a noise that occurred when the clutch was disengaged and that i had been told by mitsubishi what the problem was and he said very rudely that i was wrong and that i would need a whole new gearbox, all without seeing or hearing the car. i took it down the road where i was told by another mechanic that it was in fact just a bearing like mitsubishi told me. i can't imagine how many people this guy has ripped off
