Aspect Development & Survey

Claimed they were very experienced in dealing with Parramatta Council but in spite of several requests for help from them they obviously had no idea of some commonly requested documents council wanted from them. Got to the point I was basically told to get lost.

Complete waste of money, unfriendly and unprofessional.

Called another surveyoring company and they knew exactly what I needed and did the work gratefully.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH.

DS were not very helpful and lack professional customer service. We queried their work they did for us because they have a disclaimers stating that if any queries or discrepancies are not put in writing before build works commence they are not liable for anything. We also wanted to get a better understanding of how to read the survey and corresponding peg out (being our first time building a home) However, we were met with staff that were not helpful and had defensive attitudes. We thought we caught them on a bad day and contacted them again on a different day but still got the same un-professional behavior. We noticed that everything we put in writing to them was responded to in a better tone but when we spoke to them over the telephone they were absolutely rude. They made no attempt to help us and eventually we told them that we would be suggesting that Eden Brae refrain from recommending their services to save embarrassment with their customers. We never bothered to do our homework on surveyors because word of mouth is usually reliable and we went with their services because it was recommended to us by our builder.... Sometimes it pays to look around and see if there are reviews and compare prices/services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Today I called up ADS. Not very helpful on the customer service side from reception when wanting to obtain information on a Site Survey done over 12 months ago. Paid twice for Eden Brae and Clarendon to do a survey for a potential build and when calling up to obtain information they kept on asking me to go back to builder and not even attempting to resolve the query. I can accept to go back to builder but when NO attempt is made to assist I think that lacks service. When looking at the Survey from Eden Brae and Clarendon done 6 months apart, the survey had been duplicated and no attempt to visit site on second occasion. Will not recommend them.
