Very rude and unprofessional receptionist, unwilling to help

Refused to connect to technician to discuss the issue. Please consider replacing this person with more people oriented staff member. She does not allow for potential customer to obtain advise from your technicians.

We have a 7 year old Series 7 Samsung 50" Plasma TV that lost picture but still had sound. We found Southside Electronics from a referral from the Samsung Australia website and we are very happy we did. Our TV was collected on a Wednesday and returned the following Tuesday, fixed like new. The initial service call charge was applied to the final repair bill, which was very resonable. This was a 7 year old TV that we weren't even sure could be fixed because no one makes Plasma TV's anymore. From the first phone call I made to them it was clear we were dealing with a very well run business. I would highly recommend this company without any reservations. Really friendly staff

I submitted my Samsung surround sound system to their store, they said over the phone it will take a couple of business days to repair so I waited a month and a couple of weeks and just found out today that my sound system is ready to be picked up.

When I asked them why I didn't receive a call, they had no idea (but they were nice) but didn't take any action due to their error.

I am very curious to know if I would ever be in contact if I didn't call them today.
