They charged me $528 to fix the outlet valve on our toilet. 2 weeks later it’s stopped working. The outlet valve needs to be replaced. And they won’t replace it for free. He told me the parts have to be ordered from Italy. Italy!? I just want my toilet back. Would not recommend these guys.

We have been using them at ESP Zetland for 5 years with no problems or unexpected issues.
They are reliable and give prompt service and I highly recommend them as we have 230 apartments with constant problems.

Our strata manager contracted them to install a replacement hot water system and they installed it on a few bricks instead of getting proper concrete foundation pavers. This has caused the base of the new hot water tank to cave in and the pipe fittings to rupture multiple times as the tank starts to lean. Have blacklisted them.
