From time to time, Zap Fitness have offers, one of which I wanted to take up as it was heavily promoted on social media. I visited my local Zap gym and they had no paperwork. So why promote offers if the gyms have no paperwork to allow us to take them up - marketing department fail. I thought I'd give Zap another go, so I went to another Zap gym, where the 'attended' hours were displayed. No staff. Went in three times in case they were on the toilet. No staff in sight. Left and messaged Zap fitness on Facebook. No reply. Management failure. Posted on the Zap fitness Facebook page, miraculously they replied. My reply as that it's weird how they reply to public posts but not messages.
