I wanted a concrete slab laid and he quoted cost and time frame. When the cost went way over the quote I questioned him about it. I think he doesn't like women as he got in my face and started shouting. The job was completed after I threatened legal action but it took months for him to complete and as I said over double the cost. Beware of Tony as he doesn't like being questioned about his actions.
