Took my Honda in to get a quote on it. Went to collect it and not even put back together. Screws missing from gearbox cover, get home to find spring missing from clutch lever and then find out they put rubbish replacement screws into scroll cover, instead of my originals. Would not trust them with anything.

My TORO ride-on mower was serviced. When it was returned, they couldn't start it to get it off the trailer, even though the battery was only 6 months old. The cover plate for the battery was missing and they denied losing it. The engine hood was broken and they made a very bad attempt to glue it together using some cheap glue. Unfortunately we had to pay before they delivered the mower back, so we were unaware of the issues until it has been delivered. Overall, very unsatisfactory and will never use them again and don't recommend you consider using them for supply or service.
