I took my car in for a service at Volkswagen Sutherland, just wanted to thank Brenda for her outstanding and professional customer service and for all her help today much appreciate it

I was having trouble with my GPS settings. I attended Service Section yesterday , but was told by the girl that I would have to book my Golf in to have the problem sorted out. This morning, I rang the dealership and waited on line for the Service Section so as to book my car in on the first available date. The phone rang out and disconnected twice. I then rang Service for the third time. The phone was then answered by ‘Peter’ from ‘Sales’. I explained my problem to him and to possibly avoid a Service Booking, Peter volunteered to have a look at my GPS settings so I drove back to the Dealership from Engadine. Peter then came out and quickly fixed my GPS settings which saved me an unnecessary Service Booking. Peter is a credit to Sutherland VW. He is polite and well presented and takes great Customer Service to another level. I tried to explain to the girl in ‘Service’ that the problem could be quickly fixed if someone came out to the front parking lot of the dealership, but she insisted that I would have to book it in on a future date. Thank you Peter.

We have given Sutherland VW 5 opportunities in four months to ensure our vehicle is of acceptable quality, our vehicle still full of water! The lemon car sold to us by them has not been dealt with seriously or rectified due to the fact we are two young women, and we dont want other women to be treated in a similar manner by this dealership in the future. Its high time car dealerships actually took responsibility, shop elsewhere ladies.
