Don't buy from them OR take your car there for service - extremely bad company culture and uncaring attitude towards customers!

Terrible Terrible Terrible! Hyundai Service is very bad!

Stuffed me around so many times. There is a different Customer Service Representative every time I go there! No one cares! Stuffed up jobs, extended delays, last minute cancellation for a job booked 2 weeks in advanced. [names removed] are completely hopeless. If I was their boss, they would be fired long time ago!

I run a local business myself and want to give businesses to other local businesses, but Tynan continues to disappoint me time and time again!

I don't know how they can get away with this level of service in this day and age.

Management doesn't care either, so complaining doesn't get you anywhere. Don't have time to go to complain to the Department of Fair Trading, so venting my frustration here. Nobody from Tynan will care I am sure!

One of the owners called me today in response to the online review I left. All she did was justify how they do business. Did not even understand my frustration whatsoever. Another 20 minutes wasted explaining the same problem, and left with no better experience.

They are a family business been around for 50 years, have sales and service centres in major locations, therefore they think their business will survive, no matter how they operate. At some stage, poor service and customer dissatisfaction will catch up to them and they will loose market share.

I feel completely disempowered by the experience I had and feel like I have no say over how these big businesses operate and get away with terrible service.

Warning to public - buying or servicing from Tynan Motors will leave you with a very bitter experience! Do not do business with Tynan!
