Employees at this place seem to be on drugs and owe money for drugs . I would not recommended them. Really rude and arrogant.. abusive and all the employees have relationships and affairs with each other ..

I have used Richard and his guys on 4 occasions on different properties and its great to see old school workmanship and customer service still alive. Outstanding job once again. Thankyou. Keele

A guy came measure some cabinetry to be installed in kitchen and took our mobile number but never returned calls or returned to quote job. I called office for over a month to follow up on the quote and the guy would never call back despite talking to manager Dianna Saint who kept passing on pointless messages to the guy. I would never recommend this business as they don’t follow on their word and waste your time. They hire dodgy contractors who don’t have the decency to call customers back after taking measurements. I spoke to Dianne Saint numerous times and she kept saying she was passing on the message to the guy and told me “he obviously doesn’t want to do the job but I’m not sure why he doesn’t just call you back and say that!”. This is the type of of poor service you will get if you hire this company. They don’t even take complaints or customer service seriously. I’m surprised this business is still operating. This was the worst business I’ve ever interacted with and they are not professional and should not be allowed to operate.
