Purchased a house with solar installed by AE. There was an earthing issue. We called to have the issue looked at and they denied any liability and got quite angry and defensive on the phone. Horrible to deal with! Would not simply come have a look and honour their 5 year warranty and see if the fault with theirs and could be fixed.

Alex and Matty are a great team. Always professional and helpful, they have worked on multiple jobs for us and we've always been happy

Owner said he would inspect a previously installed system by AE Electrical that was not operational. He never showed up for the appointment nor returned a message and phone call.
