Took my money. Never returned my calls, emails or messages. Have reported with office of fair trading. Won't hold my breath for the product or a refund. The worst experience I have encountered.

Took my money and I never received my order. They ignore all emails, texts and phone calls. Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. How are they still allowed to operate??

I placed an order 2 months ago, the money was taken immediately but the order hasn't arrived yet. Not shipment at all. I have been trying to contact them for the last month and have absolutely no response at all. It is a hige scam. If they don't act, I will have to report them on the web and newspaper.

I ordered from this business over 6 weeks ago and i live less than hour away by car. For the last 2 weeks its said "waiting shipment" for my item. Now i have read the other reviews.....im guessing its also not going to be forthcoming. And yes, money taken immediately too.

Stay well away from this company. I too placed an order and paid for it. I have followed up with their 24/7 Customer Service multiple times - no response and no sign of my goods.

I ordered an item from this site 2 months ago. My card was immediately debited but I am still waiting on my order. Emailed and called several times with no results. No response from anyone except that my order has been sent already. Very very poor service. I would not recommend using this website.

They don’t have goods as listed and took my payment and goods never got delivered. Horrible!!!! Stay Away!

Flashy website with unique products. I placed an order, about 4 weeks later enquired what the ETA would be - no response... credit card was already charged date of order submission...sent another email ...no response...a few weeks later , googled the thieves...found their number and called - spoke to a lady who said the order was on the way, in a week.... still nothing received...I sent an email again...no response...Ive been ordering on the net since 1997 - this is the worst I have encountered!

We ordered a light effect from this company that claims fast shipping times & a reliable business you can count on-far from it!, however 9 days later after only an initial email as to payment they sent (Automated) and that they would advise shipping etc-they did not! several requests sent to support 1 reply in double with the same message as initial one then a human contacted saying they would chase it up! nothing today, more emails sent, messages by messenger facebook-seen but no reply tried to phone-no answer! sent another email still nothing! I would not risk buying off any business now that does not have Paypal as you have back-up then to get action when you hand over your money, this company has a lot to learn about customer service. Overall Poor service, poor contact if any at all in my view non existant help on their support-avoid buy somewhere else as I will be doing via Paypal, credit cards are too easy for them to take their time! Complaint lodged with credit providor to claim refund as I would not want something so tainted!
