ok i used this company today for my bmw 2015 428i convertible because they were recommended to me by two of my clients that they are cheaper than dealerships and more reliable than them. Well after dropping my car of for a diagnosis, they came back and said that the regulator needed replacing and they advised that the motor was ok but they advise me to replace anyhow which i of course said yes as i trusted them. Well they rang me 5 hour later to advise me and said they could not get aftermarket parts and advised to get second hand parts so i rang bmw and the parts were going to cost me just under 1000 dollars to buy and to get fixed by bmw it was going to cost me 1370 dollars all up where SVS wanted 1600 to repair plus the 210 they already charged me for the diagnosis which is only plugging a scan tool in. Anyhow when i went to pick my car up i expressed my disappointment in there price that it was more than 400 dollars more than the bmw dealership and that they wouldn't charge me for the motor if it wasn't faulty, but then this company said when i picked car up that it was the motor that is faulty and not the regulator and they justified this because there was no sound from the motor which of course i said to the guy while i was there that there was a sound from the motor and i went out to the car and tried to wind window down and there was a noise from the motor. I asked why i can buy parts for just under 1000 dollars but they told me it was 1230 for the parts, so they of course would buy a lot cheaper than what i can buy from bmw but they still were 230 dollars more expensive than bmw. I then went to bmw and they put a scan tool on car and it showed regulator needs replacing which was the opposite to what this company told me. Also when i queried their price he said oh he rang them back and its now 1494 dollars for repair. Im sorry as i dont usually write bad reviews but this company after me being recommended using them by two of my wealthy clients decided i had to write this. I will never use this company now to service or repair my three cars again and after talking to my clients that recommended this company, they were shocked and said that they will not go there again. I dont mind a company making money but ripping people of is not right. I will never recommend this company

Would thoroughly recommend. I discovered SVS when I was researching places to take my husbands recently acquired Golf GTI for a service (it was previously serviced in Brisbane). Jo and the team were fantastic. Professional, caring, informative and just lovely people. I got an Audi A4 as a courtesy car, which I honestly preferred to the Golf! When I swapped the cars back (sniff, sniff) Jo explained in PLAIN English (probably helps that she and her husband Carl ARE English) what they had done and there was a really comprehensive list on the paperwork too, so I could show my husband. She also advised me about what would likely need to be replaced at the next service and then she recommended ReTyre down the road for new tyres. SHe then handed me back my keys and showed me to a cleaned car! Great service, great people and we'll definitely be back. Happy punters and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Once again top service from SVS Autocare. I was kept informed through the service when the Technicions found a possible problem which down the track could have been very costly. Top marks.

The customer service is 5 star .... however, be very careful in what you ask for this company to complete in the way of mechanical and software fixes. Be sure to insist on receiving an itemised invoice and refuse to pay for work you never permitted them to complete. Basically ... do not sign an empty sheet for them to fill out later, sign only the completed worksheet prior to beginning any work then rule-out the remaining empty page.

I have recently had my car serviced for the second time at SVS Auto-Care and I was extremely happy with the service. I will definitely be back again when I receive my next reminder.

Where to start? The service was exceptional from the beginning! So helpful, friendly and supportive. I can't thank Jo, Carl and the team at SVS enough for going above and beyond to help me out with some very unexpected car troubles! Genuine and honest, will be recommending to everyone I know!

Carl, Jo and the Team at SVS are really amazing when it comes to looking after your vehicle. When you need a Doctor you wouldn't go to the inexperienced guy, and its the same for your car, go to those who know their vehicles inside out and provide the best and friendliest service on the coast.

I have had my car with SVS Autocare since February and I'll never look back.
Jo and Carl look after my vehicle and myself with exceptional care.
Their courtesy vehicle service is so stress free and helpful, although if I wait for my car her coffees are delicious!
The technicians at the workshop are very knowledgeable with any question I have regarding my car.
I recommend this workshop ANY DAY for ANY vehicle.
I believe everyone that uses SVS will have the same feeling of appreciation when they leave like I do.
