Kununurra Couriers

Toll service provider based in Kununurra, WA is an absolute joke. He's the first provider to reject a pallet of 15 x 20Kg soil samples, because they're in plastic sample bags, even though they're double bagged, zip tied, and securely wrapped onto a pallet. His reason for rejecting was because they're not confined enough, and I needed to purchase a fruit box type container from a farm a few kms out of town to place them in. I've dealt with numerous Toll service providers who have always accepted sample bags wrapped onto pallets, why is this an issue with this guy? When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he claimed to be the owner. When told I would be raising a complaint with Toll, his response was that he doesn't care and that I can do what I want. Sorry Toll, I won't be using your services again now I've experienced the pathetic level of service from your service provider in Kununurra. What an absolute joke.

This is the most helpful and efficient of all the couriers / transport companies in Kununurra. I would highly recommend these guys.
