Five A Electrics

Worst , worst service ever. Gave me a quote and I asked him to start work asap. He said he can do it in 2 days I asked him to hire same day inspector he said he would charge $100 extra . I agreed to that I was promised that I will get electricity by Monday . When I was going to Sydney as my Aunty was sick I got call to pay 1400 as 'advance deposit' I said I can do it but I dont have card on me and I asked him to go ahead with job . In that time powershop called me to say they have received new connection request and they will charge me $660 . I called him and asked about it he said he doesnt know about that . I told him can he tell me exactly who I have to pay . Anyways I told him I will call Powercor on Monday to sort out as he called me on Friday evening saying it is new connection till that time Powercor was closed. On Sunday he kept calling me non stop when I asked him again to give me time till Monday to see whats going on . He rocked up at my house and threatened my husband and wasted his 2 hours by husband asked him to give time to speak Powercor as we wont take his money but we want to see exactly how much we have to pay them and how much to you . He told me he will lodge everything with Powercor but then on Monday he messaged me that I have to lodge the application with Powercor and after a week of hiring him He told me he doesnt know how to do new connection which is Tuesday he accused me that I have hired another electrician and to get the work done from him which wasnt true . I only have hired him

Please dont trust these guys as in name of doing something they will damage your property and steal stuff from your house. I hired them in fixing my electricals and they took my wires away . Please dont trust them. I came to know from some Kurunjang noticeboard that they are now being taken to VCAT and Consumer Affairs. Only hire them if you need the work done worst. They have been not responding my calls or messages and denying that they came to my property and saying they dont have record. Save yourself from these dodgy people

Called out on Christmas Eve to replace 3 downlights and transformers which he had go to Bunnings to get.This promt service was not expected so i was very pleased .Would recomend to anyone looking for an Electrican .Yvonne
