Do not recommend buying any item from here-owner Richard has zero customer service skills , completely rude disgraceful behaviour from a business owner have taken screen shots to prove how rude this individual is!!!

I was at this store roughly at 7.15am today.

I was purchasing a packet of smokes before work. I shop there 5 times a week.

I was standing at the counter which felt like an eternity waiting for service.

The server, Richard was too busy in a conversation with another person while he was sorting his chickens ready for cooking and seasoning them.

After the other gentlemen finally left after there engross conversation, Richard the owner when back to seasoning his chickens . I finally said something to him about service and left.

After buying Smokes elsewhere, I came back into the shop and asked for the owners details, as I was appalled by the service.

That’s when Richard told me he was the owner. He than wanted to get into a debate with me, and he stated I was only there a minute waiting, which was a lie. As I heard the whole conversation of what they were talking about.



The fact that Richard has his back turned from entry and his tills was another factor.

Anyone could of walked in helped themselves and grabbed the till and walked out, and sat thankyou and he wouldn’t know.

Instead of debating with me, at the end of the day I will never shop there again.

The owner didn’t seem to realise at the end of the day, without customers walking in his shop he has no business.

I may have been upset after waiting for so long, I would of been more reasonable if there was others customers in the store, but I was the only one there.

Worst customer service , including poor management skills in dealing with a customer complaint.

I didn’t have to go back and raise my concern.
